Rental Terms from May until September = 6 months at the discounted rate of 12,000 baht per month.
The specific conditions.
On the left side of the house, and therefore already in the garden, runs an aviary measuring 17 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 8 meters high. Since capturing birds is prohibited in Thailand, this aviary houses only parrots (currently between forty and fifty). They can be observed from the bay window of the master bedroom, from guest room 2, or from the ground floor through the living room windows. These birds need to be fed daily with one bag of seeds (adding [something else] is even better).
The tenant must therefore accept the responsibility of emptying a small plastic bag into the bird feeder daily.
The location is Bua Thong Village, which has local stores and restaurants and is just 6 km northeast of Buriram City centre on the 219 highway.
Kitchen utensils
There are pots, plates, dishes, forks, knives and spoons, etc., because this is our home and these are the utensils we use. There are also two microwaves and two refrigerators.
Air conditioning:
Master room has one air conditioner.
First guest room has one air conditioner.
Second guest room has one air conditioner.
living rooms (salon), is equipped with three wall fans.
The kitchen is equipped with two wall fans.
The house is equipped with three large portable pedestal fans.
4 bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and kitchens
Number of rooms:
The house has three or four bedrooms (three upstairs, one downstairs).
Two bedrooms have queen-size beds. The third currently only has a mattress.
The fourth (downstairs) is not yet furnished and does not have air conditioning.
But therefore, currently, only two bedrooms are fully immediately habitable.
Bedroom one, air conditioner. (master room) equipped with a queen size bed flanked by bedside tables on either side.
There is also a large L-shaped desk and two office chairs, currently used as office desk
A small storage unit sits to the side, and there is a cabinet beneath the television (170×95) and the DVD player, which is positioned opposite the bed.
This room has a balcony, and one of the walls is made up of a 3×1.90 bay window which overlooks the aviary which runs alongside the house.
Guest room one : This room has an air conditioner but only has a mattress (no bed yet).
However, the room has a small desk, a Japanese-style storage unit for clothes and a small TV (75×49).
Guest room two:
Furnished with a queen size bed flanked by bedside tables. Positioned opposite the bed there is a
cabinet beneath the television (170×95) and the DVD player, which is There is also a small desk and one office chair.
This room also contains a safe (32xh52) and a wardrobe.
The beds are equipped with all necessary bedding.
(Down (first floor) another room is a future TV room, which is not currently furnished).
Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms are currently in use.
The first, located downstairs, has a toilet, a sink, and a shower with hot water.
The second bathroom, located upstairs, has a toilet, a sink, and a shower, but no hot water .
There has just been a third bathroom installed downstairs, extending from the currently empty bedroom.
It has a toilet, sink, shower with hot water, a bathtub, and enough space for an adult to stand upright in water up to their chest or even deeper.
Living areas (Admin Office) ground floor :
When you open the door to the house, you enter a living room measuring 6 metres by 7 metres with a ceiling height of 3.30 metres.
This room is equipped with a clock, three wall fans, one of the two refrigerators, a sofa, six chairs, a Chinese-style dining table with a rotating top, a traditional solid wood “living room set” made of extremely hard wood (a large table and two benches), and floor-level cupboards with enough space for 200 water bottles of 1,5 L.
.Adjoining this room is 1/ a bedroom separated by a double-leaf glass door, which we don’t know whether we will use as a bedroom or an office (3, 5 meters on 4,5 meters).
Adjoining this room 2/ a recess going on the side and under the stairs (2,5 x 3,5 m) forms a space where personal belongings are stored: it has internet equipment and some belongings, and it also has 8 suitcases stored.
Adjoining the room we have a second salon, but the two living rooms then form a single L-shaped room, as the first living room opens onto a second living room measuring 4.50 by 9.20.
In this room there is a traditional solid wood living room set made of extremely hard wood. with a table and four benches, two small glass and metal tables and against one of the walls a high solid wood table measuring 3.2 metres by 80 cm (traditional wood). Around this table are 5 high stools.
This room opens on one side of the bathrooms and the kitchen and to the other side to the TV room (not yet equipped which is not currently furnished and where approximately 300 DVDs are stored and classified in a cabinet by national tradition (movie from the US, from Germany, from France or Italy…, then by director date of birth.)
First floor :
On the first floor, the staircase opens onto a living room measuring 3.5 x 7.2 metres.
This room contains three Japanese storage units, or wardrobes, for storing clothes.
.In this room we have a small high table. and so on, and a traditional solid wood living room set made of extremely hard wood .
with a table and one bench which we use for the water heater, coffee, sugar, etc.
The room includes a 4.5 m x 4 m extension which I’ve converted into my office .
This office is equipped with a wall fan and several bookcases. Besides many other things (including 220 photo albums), they contain approximately 250 books, books that are impossible to find in Buriram and the surrounding area, forming a small library (literature, philosophy, science, classic novels, detective/crime novels, various guides, science fiction in French, English, and Spanish).
The room has a large table that is used as a desk, an armchair, a long shelf on one side on which has a printer and other things.
Under the long shelf for your use is a small safe of the type found in motels.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is small but contains everything you need, including two microwaves, a refrigerator, a television, an oven, a four-burner electric cooktop, a four-burner gas cooktop, and a table that can seat two or three people (so it’s possible to eat in the kitchen) the kitchen has two wall-mounted fans. A glass door opens onto the garden.
Fully furnished house:
Yes, including bathroom furniture, and all the rooms have thick curtains.
Parking covered: enough two cars and one or two motorcycles can park in the covered parking lot
Washing machine: There is no washing machine, but we could have one installed.
Dates available :
We’re heading back to France at the beginning of May and returning to Buriram at the end of September or beginning of October.
Ideally, if the tenants would like to come and share the house for two or three days before we leave, they are welcome.
